This policy explains what personal data SENSE Microflow Art Co., Ltd. collects through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the rights you hold over it under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). SENSE Microflow Art Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
We only hold what you give us, plus basic technical data your browser sends to any website: your name, email address and — if you provide them — telephone number and project name; the project location you select and the timeline you choose; any surfaces you have composed in the Atelier, including colour, finish and area; and anything you write in the message field. A distributorship enquiry also carries your company, company website, the country and city or region you are enquiring about, your type of business and your level of microcement experience. Google's measurement tag sets cookies in your browser so we can see which pages are read and whether our Google advertising leads to enquiries — measurement of our own campaigns, not a profile of you. We do not buy or sell personal data, and we do not run tracking beyond the measurement described in this policy.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years from our last contact with you. Records relating to work we have carried out, and to distribution partnerships, are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period Thai tax and accounting law requires. Under the PDPA you may ask us to give you access to your data and a copy of it, correct it, delete or anonymise it, suspend our use of it, transfer it, stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent. We answer requests within 30 days, and there is no charge.
